A serious security vulnerability was recently disclosed in PHP, a programming language used by many websites around the world.
As a precaution to keep our guests safe, we temporarily suspended our corporate website and the official websites of our hotels, and carried out security checks.

The necessary fixes and checks for our corporate website have now been completed, and the site is available again.
Checks on each hotel’s official website are still ongoing. We sincerely apologize to our guests and all related parties for the inconvenience this has caused. We will continue working to strengthen our security.

■ Our Response
・Wed, Oct 21: Temporarily stopped accepting bookings on our hotels’ official websites
・Thu, Oct 22 – Fri, Oct 23: Suspended our corporate website and our hotels’ official websites, one by one
・During the suspension, we worked with our website maintenance company to:
　– Update our systems to the latest versions
　– Strengthen our security settings
　– Check for website tampering, harmful programs, and suspicious admin accounts
　– Review access logs
・Thu, Oct 29: Resumed our corporate website
・Hotel official websites: Will resume one by one as each check is completed

・No tampering, harmful programs, or suspicious admin accounts were found.
・At this time, we have found no leak of guest information or other damage from this issue.
・If further investigation finds anything we need to share, we will inform you promptly.
