*Please note that we are not currently issuing new convenience store accommodation vouchers.

Fukuoka Prefecture, Saga Prefecture, Nagasaki Prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture, Oita Prefecture, Miyazaki Prefecture, Kagoshima Prefecture, Yamaguchi Prefecture

◆Regarding the submission of vaccination history and test result notifications

To participate in the "Fukuoka Crowded Travel" tourism campaign (Phase 1 to Phase 4), you will need to present either your vaccination history or test results.
[Things that need to be submitted]
Vaccination certificates (showing three doses of the vaccine) for all users.
Alternatively, a test result notification (valid and showing a negative test result).

*For children under 12 years old, presentation of vaccination history or test results is not required if they are accompanied by a parent or other guardian living in the same household who meets the requirements for presentation of vaccination history or test results.
