What is “The Coffee Shop with No Name?”
It is a place that I, still in junior high at the time, began to vaguely sketch out as a sort of dream. As time passed and encounters and experiences were woven together, I realized that my dream was no longer just mine.
The things born in this place will pass to you or someone else, becoming words, and those words will ride the gentle breeze and pass to someone else.
May the brief moments spent here become invaluable memories for you.

PROFILE

Shota Tanaka
Freelance Barista. Since 2019, he has been studying coffee at specialty coffee shops and working as a barista. He has also served as a manager at various cafes and expanded his activities as a recipe provider and barista trainer for restaurants.
Since 2023, he has been regularly hosting pairing events for sweets and coffee. Currently, as a freelance barista, he provides customers with experiential value by expressing specialty coffee in various ways.
