Local Design Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") holds a large amount of personal information in connection with our business and in order to carry out our activities. (2) When the exceptions set forth in Article 27, Paragraph 1, Items 1 to 7 of the Personal Information Protection Act apply
(3) Personal Information Protection Act, Article 27, Paragraph 2 (opt-out [excluding sensitive information]) to Paragraph 5

When entrusting personal information to a third party for use, we will consider the appropriateness of entrusting the information in light of the state of safety control measures at the third party, and will provide the information only after entering into a business outsourcing agreement with the third party that stipulates the matters necessary for appropriate supervision, including confidentiality, and will use these to ensure appropriate supervision of the outsourcee.
2. Safety control measures for personal information
In order to prevent and correct unauthorized access to personal information, as well as the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, we have established internal regulations and strive to implement safety measures.To achieve the above objectives, we have taken the following measures.
1. Formulating basic policies for implementing the various measures stipulated by laws, regulations and guidelines for the proper handling of personal information and personal data.

6. Language
These Terms and Conditions are written in Japanese, and the Japanese version is the authoritative version, with the English version being used for reference. In the event of any conflict between these two versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
